On Marx's Theory Of Needs

Marx's theory of the Need is more than importance to the Marx's philosophy, is a essential concept of Marx's Historical Materialism. Need is root of the historical movement in Marx's Historical Materialism, is the essence of human and closely related to Marx's concept of the Practice. Actually, all the Marx's philosophy is founded on the relationship of Practice and Need that the interaction and interdependence. What the development of this contradiction movement constitutes all of the historical materialism of Marx. Marxs Need with social, historical, dynamic, widely and diversity features, such as these characteristics of Marx's philosophy and these character keep a high consensus with Marx's Historical Materialism, is a natural extension of Marxs Historical Materialism. Marxs need theory is a complete system, which includes the body needs, spiritual needs and communication needs. Meanwhile, Marxs need theory also will inevitably involve need theoretical level issue, and different with the mainstream views, this thesis argues that Marxs need theory and its Historical Materialism are closely jointed, so studying needs'hierarchy theory of to social and historical movement development law as a reference. More specifically, Marxs need is content of three levels, survival needs, labor need and freedom need this classification not only embodies the general needs hierarchy rule, manifested Marxs social and historical movement law of development. Finally, this paper discussed the need of a Marx's theory had will inevitably involve with the problem that needs, time and freedom to the relationship. Marxs final ideal is to satisfy mans highest level of freedom needs. Freedom and survival is mans two kinds of live state, and the distinction between these two kinds of state metrics is time.
