| Recently, the frequent occurrence of accidents caused by food safety shows the unbalance of market information,which means the product quality information gained by the customers, the enterprises credit information and information about the government administrative enforcement agencies on customers' rights protection are severely unbalanced. With the enforcement and spread of the Rules on Government Information Release, customers are calling for the release of enforcement of laws on customers' rights protection. Various government agencies are taking an active and positive part in reforming and putting it into practice. Since information about customers' rights protection is held by government and enterprises, the information is severely unbalanced. Under the market economy, the task of protecting customers' rights is to help customers avoid unreasonable harm when they are buying, using and dealing with products or when they are being served. The release of information about enforcing the law of protecting customers' rights is the expansion of releasing the government information. At present customers get few information about rights protection, which doesn't play an guiding role in real life. Agencies of administrative enforcement of law are only focusing on the supervision after the accident and many government agencies are making slow progress in renewing ideas. There is lack of external motivation for the establishment and innovation of regularities on rights protection. The application of information technology is backward. Therefore the development of releasing the government information is slow and the release of enforcement laws on protecting customers' rights is superficial and is only in form. The perfection of construction of our country's democratic politics, and the economy development provide helpful social environment for the release of enforcement of law on protecting customers'rights. |
