The Truth Optimization Research On The Process Of Information Release In China

As a kind of specific information, government information is an important part of the socialinformation. It reflects the state and characteristics of the administrative activities and the object ofmanagement. The release of government information is one of the important parts which highlight theconstruction of service-type government, however, it forms the phenomenon of governmentinformation distortion which brings trouble to the service-type government.The previous studies infiltrate and promote the construction of government information mainly fromthe angle of information management in the field of technology. However, what it ignores is to applythe new management theory and concept into it. I elaborates the lack of the release of governmentinformation fidelity mainly from the quality management theory, information asymmetry theory andpolitical theory method. And at the same time it reveals the current situation of Chinese governmentinformation release in which exists hidden trouble. Whether the information is true is the key factorwhich has effect on government administrative decision-making and execution. The backward ofinformation release system, the imperfection of information disclosure legislation and the block ofinformation circulation is the cause of the lack of the truth of government information in our country.And the inadequate truth of government information results in the double dilemma of politicalconstruction and social construction.In fact, the transfer of government information continues the main path of information disseminationwhich includes the source, channel and the receiver cycle of information. If only the error of onelink of them can be cared, the phenomenon of information distortion would not be alleviatedfundamentally. Quoted in the measures taken in the government information distortion of foreigncountries, this paper aims to reveal the promotion of legislation construction and the reform ofinformation release, to enhance the quality of administrative subject, to look into the future ofe-government construction and many other parts by which a comprehensive and clear system ofgovernment information will be built. By this paper, the problem of the truth of the governmentinformation will be solved and a transparent government image will be erected fundamentally. At lastbut not least, this paper would correct the hidden government image in ordinary people’s minds.
