The Construction Of The New Era Officials Credit Research

The thesis of this paper bases on construction of official credit since our reform and opening up, described conception of credit,connotation and features of official credit, different among official credit , official integrity and governmental credit, summarized the establishment of the construcion and the crisis of our official credit at the present stage, put forward available ways take examples by domestic and overseas's research.In this paper, the theory and practice of administrative methods to study the construction of credit. This article is divided into four parts, the first overview of the credit, the officials of the connotation and extension of credit from different disciplines of the similarities and differences between credit and credit-building and content. The second part, an overview of the construction of the new era officials the importance and necessity of credit. The third part of the new era officials credit credit building construction standards and state officials. Mainly from the basic standards, basic conditions and credit problems in the construction and causes. The fourth part provides an overview of the basic path of official credit construction, building of the creditable legal system, transformation of government functions, comprehensive treatment and forging of the credit society, improvement of the supervision mechanism and the officials evaluation index system, learning from the experience of foreign officials credit construction.
