Credit trade develops quickly in modern market economy and becomes the main way of the market trade. Enterprises are cell and the most important market subject in national economy, so enterprise's credit is out of question the subject of social credit system. At present, some situations show that enterprise's credit status is bad, which poses an serious obstacle to the development of market economy. Enterprise's credit status in Hainan is worse and enterprise credit absence becomes an important factor of limiting economic development. So, paying close attention to the credit status of enterprise in Hainan Province, Studing on phenomenon about enterprise's credit absence and probing into countermeasures for enterprise credit construction are more significant to control enterprise's credit absence and to promote the development of social economy.On the premise of collecting abundant data, The dissertation studies credit status and construction problem of enterprises in Hainan by applying research means such as intergration of normative and positive studies, intergration of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and so on.The dissertation commences from the analyses of general theory, and the meaning, function, classification of credit and relevant theories are discussed. Next, use abundant data to make a concrete analysis of the enterprise's credit status based on wide and exhaustive investigation. In addition, the harm created by enterprise's credit absence is studied. Then, the dissertation analyzes the causes of enterprise's credit absence deeply from two sides, combining theoretical analysis and actual survey. Finally, advantages and disadvantages in enterprise's credit construction were studied and analyzed. And respective police advices for enterprise credit construction was put forward according to all of the above study and based on drawing lessons from enterprise's credit construction of the domestic and the foreign.The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Compared with the whole county, the amount of enterprise's credit trade in Hainan is small and reduces year by year. Credit degree of enterprises in Hainan is low and broken credit behavior has become more seriously.(2) The harm created by enterprise's credit absence is serious. On one hand, it is difficult for enterprises to collect money; competition ability of enterprises declines and earning ability of financial institution drops.
