Study Of The Mechanism Of Party Ties With The Masses

The delegates of Party congresses with the masses issues a key issue that the practical effect of party ties with the masses is directly related to the vitality of the system of Party congresses by adopting a tenure system for their delegates. Third, in the current system environment, the delegates of Party congresses with the masses face a problem that they can't embed the grass roots. In practice, a number of factors restrict the effectiveness of party ties with the masses. Fourth, the delegates of Party congresses with the masses have to obtain the support that are the dynamic mechanism of reflecting the aspirations of the masses' interests, the working mechanism of specialty services to the masses, the democratic mechanism of the use of power to safeguard the masses'interests and the organization mechanism of tying with the masses.
