Public Figure Privacy Research

The conceptions of privacy and public figures are originates from the United States, and continuing development of science and technology. On the information age, the privacy protection is becoming more and more difficult to insure, especially the privacy of public figures. Privacy is a right of personality for all the citizen, including for their peace,private life and private information ,including for their privacy which haven't been infestation,known,collection and used. Public figures have to compromise to the privacy damage because their status and position, but this is not going to be an excuse for the interference of public figures'privacy. For some normal person's peep desire of public figures'privacy, some of the media are keeping report about pubic people'privacy information. Disgraceful intrusion into, aware of, the collection and use and the public and the other. the private life private peace and security. Information Furthermore, the lawsuit of public figures that has been infringed is on the increase. Many advanced countries are improving the legal protection of privacy with some relevant institutions. In china, we have no complete system of privacy; it just separated among several department laws. As a branch of the privacy protection, the public figure of privacy is even weaker, and on the contrary, the privacy law of public figure is urgently have been consummated in our society .We are facing to the situation about how to keep the balance between the right to known and the right of public figures. Therefore, with the help of my academic adviser, I am try to research the questions of public figures'privacy, and I am try to put forward some point of views which are useful for the juridical practice, with some study of foreign academic theory.This article use comparison and historical analysis methods to analyse the generation and development of privacy and privacy right firstly,and define the concept of public figures via analysing the features and classifications of them.What's more, analyse the legal protection to the public figures' privacy right in terms of the Two Major Law System,analyse the present institution of that in our country and express related ideas of legislation aiming at the deficiency.So as to supply some theoretical basement to developing and perfecting institutions of public figures privacy right in our country in future.
