China Suspended The Implementation Of A Number Of Issues

Probation ,as a long history of criminal justice system ,plays an important role in the criminal field, and has been adopted by the vast majority of national criminal law system. Today, the theory has been more mature. Execution of probation conforms the development of penalties, contributes the progress of human, sets to protect freedom, efficiency, order and humanity. It possesses the value of education, individual, socialization. As a part of probation system, execution of probation is an important component of the research. Topically, it is of great practical significance as well as its research. With the pilot in the community correction, the paper will be on the basis of previous research, to look forward to perfecting the legislation for the promotion and reform of China's probation.The paper divided into four parts:PartⅠ, the problems during China's Execution of Probation and the causes.PartⅡ,the theory on China's Execution of Probation.
