A Study On The Debate On Public Policy In Transitional China

In recent years,China is in a period of social transform ation,conflicts between different interest groups are very prominent and sharp.Social stratification and mobility is increasing.It is ex ceedingly necessary for us to bu ild a co mmunication bridge between different groups and the governm ent.Therefore,the government and public decision-making system should carry out exte nsive communication and debate with the public,so public policy debate issues is in need.For public policy debate phenomenon,we can’t turn a blind eye to this phenomenon,it is very important for us to acknowledge and regulate its existence.Do not just pay attention to western policy debate,we should study China’s domestic policy debate and organize resources,establish and develop the policy debate system of China.This article makes a further study on this issue,first of all,explain the concepts and related theories of public policy and public policy debate s in a period of social transformation,and then study and discove r the background,related factors and characteristic of public policy debate in a period of transformation on this basis.Secondly,analysis the interaction of policy debate and policy ef fects.Finally,give my advice to upgrade the quality of policy de bate in a period of social transform ation and provide a reference for public policy in a period of social transformation.
