Since the early period of social transition, China is facing the objective demand ofthe rapid development of the socialist market economy and the changes of internationalpolitics, increasing our government policy formulation and implementation of work,such as in domestic political and economic construction has good outstandingachievement at the same time, also faces the problem of domestic social problems ofvarious kinds and springing up constantly, such as economic, social, political andsecurity problems are increasingly cause new risks, constantly impact in China, at thesame time, the development of the policy process itself is in constant change, theinterests of the game with the social risk is revealed to us with a problem that not allowto ignore, namely the security problems public policy of our country. Policy securityresearch is very necessary, essentially related to the ruling security and national security.Aiming at the problem of a series of in-depth study, first of all around the research ofsocial transformation with the domestic present, namely the stage theory of socialtransformation of China’s policy security research discusses the objective environment,in terms of essence of the study of Chinese public policy security, to cause thesubjective factors of policy security issues, namely the social risk factors and potentialrisk factors were analyzed, and policy study and in the process of analysis is introducedinto the relevant game theory and risk theory, etc, and expounds the related theory,looking forward to the creation of this article for the security issues of public policystudies provide some beneficial help, for constructing the system of socialistconstruction safety provide meaningful advice.
