As pointed out by Comrade Xi Jinping, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation continues to struggle to show abright future between over 100 years. Now we are closer to the goal of rejuvenation the Chinese nation than at any time in history.At present, economic construction has made great achievements in China, how to solve and endure various social contradictions and problems in the development,to breakthrough all kinds of the bondage on the concept,system, the system mechanism is the urgent need to deeply explore the important subject,in order to continue to stride forward in the nation on the road to recovery.In this paper,the title is “The cultural implication of Chinese dream”, aiming to reveal the culture,namely the surface culture(material culture), middle culture( system culture),bottom culture(spiritual culture), the three interrelated in coordination, jointly push forward the social progress and national revival,however,spiritual culture can lead the trends of social thought, maximize the consensus in the community, widely produced national force, which ideology is intangible but its influence is far-reaching on the people and culture.
