The Research Of Peasants' Identification With The Core Socialist Valuesand Chinese Dream Perception

The transformation of rural society from traditional values to modern values has given rise to a cultural predicament of pluralism and heterogeneity.In resolving this predicament,the core Socialist values and Chinese Dream play an irreplaceable role because they are progressive in theory,comprehensive in content and cutting-edge in practice.As a top-to-down grand narrative,the core Socialist values and Chinese Dream have to root themselves in the daily lives of ordinary individuals so that they can be practical and maintain a real sense of vitality.So far,studies on the core Socialist values and Chinese Dream focus more on theoretical research.Few studies are based on quantitative research.In this paper,based on existing studies about the identification with core socialist values and the perception of Chinese dream,the author discussed the relationship between the core socialist values and Chinese dream in rural society.The author proposed some paths to promote the interaction between the identification with core socialist values and the perception of Chinese dream in the rural community.The study found:(1)Identification with the core socialist values among farmers faces many difficulties.First,farmers' identification with the core socialist values varies greatly.Many can identify with the values but cannot interiorize them.Second,the understanding of the values in national,social and individual levels is significantly different.Third,there are obvious bottlenecks in the values'direction.(2)Farmers'perception of Chinese Dream is closed related to their interest.It is shown in the following points:the perception of the essence of the nation is relatively low;social environment in village is comparatively good;traditional culture still plays a role;the personal interests of farmers are protected.(3)The three levels' identification with the core socialist values is positively related to the perception of the Chinese dream.Meanwhile,farmers'understanding,acceptance,internalization of the core socialist values promote the perception of China's dream.(4)The perception of the essence of the nation,of the environment in villages and of farmers' individual interest positively promote farmers' identification with core socialist values.In the end,the author suggests some optimal paths to promote the interaction between the identification of core socialist values and the perception of Chinese Dream:(1)carry out the education of core socialist values of and China Dream on farmers at the same pace;(2)optimize the path of farmers'identification with the core socialist values and enhance its value in promoting the Chinese dream.(3)Optimize farmers' perception of Chinese Dream,and strengthen its role in leading the identification of the core Socialist values.
