Research On The Application Mode Of E - Government In Mobile Internet Environment

Pushed by the momentum of both modern information technology and network technique, e-government serves as a new management model. With the development of mobile internet technology, realization of e-government increasingly relies on it, so it is significant to study the application schema of e-government supported by mobile internet.This paper summarizes the elementary theory and the development course of e-government, then analyzes the features in current stage, lists its categories, as well as points out some shortcoming of e-government. Based on these materials, the paper describes the such things in details as definition, method, development situation and cases of three major application schemas of e-government supported by mobile internet,e.g. website, micro-blog, and WeChat.Based on the information flow model of e-government, the paper focuses on the research about the information flow on new media platforms such as e-government micro-blog and WeChat, describes the information flow model of e-government micro-blog inductively, then verifies.By analyzing three application schemas mentioned above, the paper classifies and concludes their functions. E-government cooperation schema is proposed in the mobile internet according to limitations existing in single application schema during operation.At the end, the paper forecasts the changes of e-government application schemas caused by emerging technology.
