In this paper,through the analysis of the development process,communication characteristics and social influence of mobile Internet public opinion from recent years and the development factors of network public opinion,consider that with the continuous development of mobile Internet technology,the mobile Internet public opinion in the coming period will bring many challenges to the government regulation,not only because the mobile Internet public opinion has the anonymity,liberalization,uncontrollable,network group polarization and other common elements of the original Internet public opinion,but also with multi-source,diversification,media,grass-roots and other special factors,In addition,the mobile Internet and the current social environment is closely related,resulting in the regulation of public opinion for mobile Internet is always in the " catch up" trend.This article from the mobile Internet public opinion of the status quo,the development process and the characteristics of the performance point of view,analysis of mobile Internet elements of public opinion and its government management of positive significance and negative impact,points out the importance and necessity of government's supervision on the public opinion of mobile Internet,and then discusses the status of the government in the supervision process of public opinion on Internet,which is the main duties and obligations,and how to build the Internet under the rapid development of Internet technology.The paper tries to provide a reference for our government to make better use of Internet technology development and play a role in strengthening the social management of government functions.
