This paper tries to work out how to improve the efficiency of governmental service to meet the public requirements, by using technology of the modern mobile Internet.First, this paper analyzes the current background of the mobile Internet era. The development of technology promotes the social revolution. Because of the Accessibility of the information transfer, social organizations become more flat, the traditional social management model has not been suitable for the need of the era, thus, the governance theory and new public service theory arises at this historic moment. The role of government is changing from steersman to servant, from Government into governance.In industrial society, this change faces with many bottlenecks in the technological implementation. The development of mobile internet technology, especially the development of application platform, largely solved the bottlenecks, which makes it possible to transfer the functions of the government.The WeChat mobile platform of governmental affairs is a good breakthrough. The confidential relation based on the acquaintances social circle of the platform break the drawback of the traditional Internet interpersonal relationship. This platform integrates all kinds of application, and realizes the one-stop service from in to out. It concludes the platforms of social contact, instant messaging, mobile payment, basic necessities of life and other kinds of entertainments, and it is a really giant application platform. More and more governmental agencies begin to realize the power of WeChat, therefore, the public platform of governmental affairs WeChat springs up constantly, but it has straw backs behind its fast development. This paper will extract samples for analysis as a whole and select typical cases for case analysis, through which the author tries to draw a picture of the overall application of the governmental affairs WeChat, and find out the law of its development. Then the author expects to work out how to solve the problems on public service of the governmental affairs WeChat. Finally, based the research results, this paper will put forward the positioning of the governmental affairs WeChat in public service in terms of promoting social dialogue mechanism and social tust mechanism.
