In recent years, with the advance of urbanization in the public interest for the purpose of house demolition and more frequently, but the relevant laws and regulations are not perfect, the system design is unreasonable and other reasons, it also brings a series of social contradictions. By combing the case in recent years, the demolition is not difficult to find, the focus of much controversy in the case of compensation.In 2011, China promulgated the "state-owned land on the housing levy and Compensation Ordinance", the old demolition Ordinance abolished at the same time.The new regulations make clear the subject of compensation, the compensation scope list. But the minimum compensation brings the social contradictions are still not ease,fair compensation goal did not achieve very good.This paper is divided into four parts, through the typical case analysis of the status of China’s relocation compensation, which leads to the existing problems, and puts forward some pertinent suggestions.The first part, introduces two typical cases, pan Rong case and the Yunnan Pu’er Tea demolition case, which reveals the problems of China’s existing in the house relocation compensation.The second part, introduced three aspects,standard of compensation, scope of compensation and the way of compensation.The third part, with case-related data and focuses on house demolition compensation exist three problems, namely the low compensation standards, limitations and irrational way of compensation range of compensation.The fourth part, the feasibility recommendations put forward the corresponding.
