In the process of urbanization in our country, the city house expropriation work has been improved continuously, but there are also many problems, especially the issue of compensation collection.Although our country has formulated a series of laws and policies to regulate housing expropriation and compensation activities, but at present,it seems that the policy on urban housing expropriation compensation is not comprehensive and specific enough, and needs to be further improved. Therefore, this paper systematically studies the compensation policy of urban housing expropriation in China.First,we will define the relevant concepts of the housing acquisition compensation policy, study and interpret the housing acquisition compensation policy, and use literature research and comparative analysis to further study and analyze the existing problems in the housing acquisition compensation policy. To identify shortcomings in the procedures, scope, criteria for collection and compensation and the remedies guaranteed to citizens, and to analyze in depth, from the perspective of public policy, the reasons for these problems, including the lack of clarity in policy provisions and the bias in its implementation,Then we put forward countermeasures to solve these problems from the aspects of policy formulation and policy implementation, and we believe that we should start with the promotion of legal construction, reasonable and clear policies, improvement of citizens safeguards and remedies, and strengthening supervision and punishment. We will further improve the compensation policy for urban housing expropriation in order to better solve the problem of compensation for urban housing expropriation in China.
