The Construction And Empirical Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Government

Micro-blog has been booming in recent years as an internet communication mode. It has been widely infiltrated in various fields and has a profound impact on the way of public feedback. Our government is very good grasp of the micro-blog characteristics, which builds up new ways to interact with the public using the mass media. Many government agencies and leading cadres at all levels have joined the ranks of setting up the government micro-blog Since 2010, in which year government micro-blog began to develop rapidly in China. Government micro-blog has become an effective way to make public the government information, communicate and interact with the public, provide convenient public service and establish a good relationship with the people.More and more people hope to obtain relevant information and solve relevant problems through government micro-blog as government micro-blog is used more and more widely.There are some problems to be solved with the rapid development of government micro-blog. I take all the 71 government agencies micro-blog in "Beijing micro-blog conference hall” as the research sample in this paper. I establish a government micro-blog evaluation index system containing 4 first level indexes including platform force, micro-blog executive force, guiding influence, micro-blog development capacity and 14 two level indexes to evaluate and analysis Beijing government micro-blog. After the process of evaluation and empirical analysis including establishing the assessment index system, data acquisition, data processing, comprehensive score calculation and ranking etc, I get the final result. The result contains comprehensive ranking and individual rankings including the number of fans ranking, active degree ranking, originality ranking, the quantity to be praised ranking and so on. I analyze the development characteristic of Beijing government micro-blog and find out some problems existing in the development process on the basis of data analysis and case analysis. Finally, I put forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions in order to offer reference.
