Micro-blog platform is an important means of government departments to promote government information disclosure and interactive communication with the public,government micro-blog is an important tool to strengthen and innovate social management.This paper analyzes the influence of the local government administration of micro-blog,and hopes to provide suggestions for the construction of the government of micro-blog.The paper mainly uses the literature research method,the empirical analysis method,the qualitative and the quantitative analysis method as well as the comparison research and so on,to the local government government affairs micro-blog carries on the theory and the practical application two aspects of research.The paper firstly describes the purpose,significance,content and methods of the research;Then analyze and summarize the research status of domestic and foreign government micro-blog and the government's influence on micro-blog,and introduce the theories related to the influence of local government administration micro-blog;Then it summarizes and analyzes the influence factors of the government affairs of micro-blog,and introduces the application of H index in the influence of micro-blog;By the Hebei province 11 local propaganda government microblogging such a particular sample of empirical analysis,summarized the problems in Hebei Province,the administrative levels of government exist in the use of government microblogging and put forward some suggestions.In the paper,we analyze the four aspects of attention,activity,content and communication ability,and Summarizes the problems in the aspects of function orientation,two-way interaction,content expression and operation management.This paper put forward some improvement measures: One is to clear their own function,strengthen government affairs;Two is the balanced development of enhanced interaction,attention the whole process from the release of micro-blog to answer of the public;Three is to rich content and pay attention to the expression,enhance the content of the practicality and the language;Four is the innovation of operation and management mechanisms,including the development of micro-blog opinion leaders,to promote the government's service concept,guide the public opinion;collaborative managementplatform,government websites and government,micro-blog online and offline integration of information release.Through the study of this paper,we hope to promote the sustainable development of Hebei province government affairs micro blog.
