Chinese Government Micro-blog Management Research

Classification research in the specific content of the Chinese government micro-blog, summed up the concept of government micro-blog, the different between government micro-blog and other micro-blog.This thesis summarizes the origin and development process of China’s Government micro-blog. At the same time, this thesis points out that the government micro-blog has some problems. For example, there are positioning themselves in the practice of fuzzy, establish the disorder, lack of mechanisms for information management, operation and management of multiple models coexist, evaluation with stereotypes, and so on.Through the analysis of the foreign government micro-blog management mode, and summarizes the experience and enlightenment for our country. The author think, the further development of government micro-blog should pay more attention to the popularity of the correct concept of operations, to improving the new media quality of public servants, clearly defined the various types of the government micro-blog’s function, establishing of reasonable and perfect government micro-blog opened, certification, organization and management, information release system, forming a scientific operation system and management team, unified government micro-blog information browsing platform to integrate online resources to provide "one-stop-service", realizing the coordination of social management of online and offline, comprehensive monitoring mechanism established by the third party supervision, establishing a scientific and reasonable performance incentives. Generally speaking, the development of China’s government micro-blog goal is to realize the sustainable development of healthy and stable development, so as to give full play to the role of government micro-blog in social management, make government micro-blog become to the chief government social management assistant.
