Research On The Adjustment Effect Of Administrative Division Of Beijing Area (County) Since The Reform And Opening - Up

Since the reform and opening up,adapted to the development of market economy and city construction requirements, the administrative division adjustment several times in Beijing,mainly focused on withdraw county districts,district merger,functional areas integration etc,finally formed 14 district and 2 counties administrative pattern now. But with the urbanization process of Beijing city to develop in depth, and the modern transportation and communication facilities increasingly developed, the current administrative division pattern in some respects become more and more difficult to adapt to the new requirements of development. The paper studies the effect of administrative divisions adjustment of Beijing since the reform and opening up,put forward the future adjustment of administrative divisions of the target 、 principle and a tentative plan of Beijing.Through the system carding the history evolution of administrative divisions adjustment of Beijing,aiming at the trend characteristics and existing problems of Beijing district(county) administrative divisions adjustment since the reform and opening up,using computer technology and the related calculation methods, making the empirical analysis of adjustment effect from withdrawal county districts、center city district merger、the administrative resources integration between Beijing economic and Technological Development Zone and Daxing District three aspects,the results show that the adjustment has achieved some achievements, particularly reflected in the terms of economic development, but there still exists the imbalance of the administrative divisions and regional development problems. And described the factors affecting in Beijing adjustment of administrative divisions from political economy、historical geography、city development three aspects.Through comparative analysis the characteristics of the administrative divisions adjustment of several domestic and international super-large city especially the capital municipality directly under the central government, their administrative divisions adjustment to Beijing’s revelation mainly reflected in administrative division level Settings、the relationship between city-district two levels of government、the balanced layout of administrative area space shape、the integration between administrative areas and functional areas and other aspects. Beijing in the future should adhere to the principle of stable equilibrium,step by step,actively and steadily,continue to explore administrativedivisions adjustment of districts(counties).
