Research On China 's National Integrity System From The Perspective Of Strategic Management

Corruption,which is known as "the cancer of politics", has been focused by governments and the people around the world all the time. In order to promote the international anti-corruption movement and improve the effect of the reform of the anti-corruption, the organization as transparent internation has put forward the concept of national integrity system,which can make the corruption be an activity as " high rick, low return", by establishing a degree of transparency and accountability system from 1993 to 1994.In China, with the development of economic and social structure,the corruption often happens. To governance and guard against the corruption,it is urgent to make the suitable system for the characteristics of anti-corruption practice in our country by combining the national integrity system theory with China’s national conditions.This paper trys to try to construct the national integrity system with Chinese characteristics, which is based on the perspective of strategic management,which is highly adapted to the environment, excellent ability of resource integration, and guide the characteristics of organizational development.This paper begans from the introduction,consisting of the reason of selecting,the research status at home and abroad, the significance of the papers and the focus. Then the first chapter,based on the theory, interprets the theory of strategic management, the basic concept of the national integrity system, and illustrates the background, to basis for following writing to help you understand the full text. The second chapter analyzes the present situation of our national integrity system strategy, and expounds the problems facing national integrity system in our country. The third chapter analyses the reason of problems from the macro strategy, strategy of medium and micro strategy three aspects. The fourth chapter learns the experience from the anti-corruption practice of other countries and regions, and gets the revelation how to solve the problem of our country. The last, based on the analysis in chapter four, discusses the improvement of the national integrity system strategy path in our country, from the top design, promoting the anti-corruption work together form and improving the anti-corruption strategy three aspects.
