On The Present Situation Of The Protection Of The Rights And Interests Of Special Groups In The Present Society And The Countermeasures

Nowadays, the society special group which considers of the minor, the disabled and the elderly in china has caused the serious social problems. The abuse of child labor was exposed frequently. Crime cases caused by the bad b ehavior minors startling us. The event of the kids left behind in the rural area s appeal our attention. The disabled have difficulty when they find jobs. The e lderly facing the living threat. All these problems put s severe test to our soci al security system. So,the study of the society special group has important the oretical and practical significance. Many domestic scholars have made great co ntributions to complete the institution building of the social security system of the society special group. Some has given the valuable advices, which provide an important theoretical guidance to the institution building of the social securit y system of the society special group.Based on the previous results, by the use of theoretical analysis and lessons learned approach, the paper summed up the theoretical foundation of the social security system of the society special group. And the paper did a separate analysis to the minor, the disabled and the elderly’s rights protection respectively. Based on the summary, induction of the previous studies, the paper made some theory innovation and the countermeasures about how to solve those problems.The third part of the article starts at the interpretation of the concept of the special social group, and analyze the component of the group, and the current status in our society. It reveals the relationship between social special groups and the social security system. The fourth, fifth, sixth part of the article the problems of the social security of the minor, the disabled and the elderly in our life respectively, and give the countermeasures.In theory part, the paper explores the content and status of the social security system of the special social group; in the system construction part, this paper proposes a path of reform in terms of the law building and the policy measures; in practice part, this paper relate to the reality, proposed the countermeasures to improve the construction of the social security of the special groups, such as: strengthen the protection of the minors’ interests, promote employment of the disabled, improve the level of the disabled’s benefits, care for the elderly.
