Modern Chinese Soldiers Research On Social Security

Our country's current military social security system is the important component of the national social security system. It was developed and built in planned economy period. And it basically ensured the demand for military rights in planned economy times. However, many new challenges and a number of institutional and management of irrational factors were appeared in the traditional system of military social security system with the deepening reform of socialist market economy. An in-depth study on military social security system and analyzing the defects were needed to explore reform and improve the military social security system measures. It played an important role in safeguarding the rights and interests of military in our country, improving the logistics of the army to build competence, promoting steady important measures of country, army and social safety.The basic theories knowledge of military social security was studied in the paper. Chinese military social security problems were summed up by the analysis of present situation of military social security system. Specific and feasible measures of reform the military social security system have been put forward based on our national conditions in the paper. Regarding military strategic principles of new period as total guidance, the military social security system under the new situation was thought and explored with the specific situation of our army. Reasonable proposals of improving the military social security system of our country were proposed in the paper used the social security theories. And provided valuable theoretical reference to build and perfect the military social security system with Chinese characteristics.
