Research On The Reform Of The Judge Posts System

Judge professionalism is one of the main goals of judicial reform in our country, while the judge posts system is the premise of the judge professionalization. Through the in-depth analysis of the concept and meaning of this system, as well as the related research about the selection of judge and professional guarantee system, this paper presents the idea of perfecting the judge posts system by combining with domestic and foreign research developments and the pilot status in our country. It discusses the basic principles of system reform, the establishment of relevant supporting system, the standard of judge selection and the measures of implementing this reform. This paper puts forward the conception of completing the judge posts system and strives to explore ways to implement this reform, thus promoting China’s the construction of the team of judges.
