Fairness is the social development to a certain stage, and with the development of society and progress by more and more people pay attention to. Now, fair not only is the scale in people’s daily life, but also the value of people. Marx’s perspective is based on the previous fair view on the basis of developing the useful and discarding the useless, penetrated in every corner of Marx thought, Marx thought that can not be ignored important part also more inseparable. This paper from Marx in the original hand, carefully combed the development of Marx’s view of justice and the main content. The article is divided into four parts:The first part, first of all, tells the story of fair in several different meaning of the ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign, further point out the fair is more than a person’s code of conduct, ethics, or the power of a country. Second, interpretation of fairness, justice, and the similarities and differences between the three words. Finally, this paper expounds this article of Marx’s essential factor of "fairness" in the concept of fair.The second part, from the ideological basis, the theory premise and the era background of three point of view, discussed the origin of Marx’s justice theory, revealing the inevitability of Marx’s concept of fair. First of all, from the fairness of a primitive society, slave society’s fair view, the medieval religious social fairness and justice theory from four aspects of the capitalist class tells the story of Marx’s concept of fair ideological basis. Second, the theory premise of marxism fair view include:German classical philosophy of fair, fair of the British classical political economics and the French utopian socialist fair view.
