A Study On College Students' Participation In Local Governance

The United Nations development program forward, governance should be und erstood from three aspects, namely, social, political, economic, and it is applicable in all areas of human life,such as family, town, country. The main local governa nce is the national and grassroots organizations, it is a multi-center governance by the participation of different social forces. In the history of our country, each ti me all attach great importance to the rural governance in the process of develop ment, change in rural areas, the state system plays a very important role.At prese nt of our country to construct the new rural governance relationship, without exc eption, we should also pay attention to the state power and institutional factors. I n the construction of new rural governance relationship, the university student vill age official system and college graduate Village officials can not be ignored.College students are main force in rural areas to participate in governance, bu t how to locate the position of students in rural governance; how to find the pro blems in the rural governance based on the correct positioning of the student vil lage officials, these problems with the plan of the college graduate village offici al results are closely linked.In this paper, the college student village official policy background and evol ution process, the multi center governance theory and embedding theory perspecti ve, from the three point of view state, grassroots organizations and farmers, analys is of the mechanism of college students village official participation in local gov ernance, including the promotion of rural economic development, promote the co nstruction of rural grassroots organizations and promote the construction of spirit ual civilization in rural areas. Through individual interviews,held a symposium, t o communicate with the survey of college students village official work of the to wn of L of T, a comprehensive and detailed, combined with the mechanism of c ollege students village official participation in local governance, the student villag e officials involved in three kinds of local governance, as the government through the college graduate village official directly embedded the local governance in th e work of the township government in the implementation of local governance an d promote the administrative villages to participate in local governance, from diffe rent angles, multiple levels of analysis from college students participate in local governance initiatives, achievements and problems in the process, and to evaluate the. In order to put forward the optimization measures of village participation inlocal governance of college students from the state, local government and the un iversity student village official’s own level. Feasibility analysis of college student village official policy in rural governance and the necessity, and strive in the ov erall goal of building a new socialist countryside, the grass-roots organizations, c ountries, farmers and students together, realize the coordinated development.
