Married women’s employment is considered one of the 20th century’s most significant social change, more and more women out of the home, and actively participate in social life, in which the conflict between work roles and family roles also as women from "private field "to" public domain "and caused widespread concern in society. Although men are also faced with work-family conflicts, but influenced by traditional gender division of labor system, women need to take more family responsibilities than men, Careeer Women’s work-family conflict is more significant. Theoretically, the responsibility of resolving the Career Women’s work-family conflict should be shared by individuals, family, organizations and country, but at present, more responsibility is borne by individuals and their families, so state and government should play a leading role in solving Career Women’s work-family conflict as soon as possible, and to formulate corresponding policies to provide the necessary welfare support for the Career Women. The purpose of the study was to explore how family policy to provide welfare support for the Career Women to resolved work-family conflict, in order to protect women’s rights.On the basis of gender theory and the theory of work-family conflict, to investigate the present situation of women’s work-family conflict deeply through questionnaires and interviews. Accordingly explore the influencing factors Career Women’s work-family conflict and their needs. At the same time on the basis of social support theory, combing our existing family policy and analyzing its shortcomings. Finally, learn from foreign experience to develop our female family policy.The results show that:first, the overall level of Career Women’s work-family conflict is moderate, Career Women’s family-work conflict is more significant than the work-family conflict. Second, the factors of Career Women’s work-family conflict includes micro, meso and macro. The micro level includes female family responsibility, reproductive responsibilities, spousal support, intergenerational support and women’s self consciousness. The meso level refers to the influence of working condition on Career Women’s work-family conflicts. The macro level refers to the influence of social environment on Career Women, including public service system and the social gender system. Third, the Career Women’s welfare needs include the sharing of responsibilities, roles guidance, psychological adjustment, work adjustment, economic compensation. Fourth, in our country, family policy support for Career Women mainly in the fertility Policies and employment support policies, while the shortcomings are mainly in the lack of Laws and regulations support, the negligence of male family duty, the imperfection of child care policy and the underdevelopment of family service. Fifth, This study has combed the family policies in developed countries that find its specific measures include parental leave policy, child care policy, economic support policy, employment policy support, family service policy, set up authorities of family policy. Sixth, the idea of constructing female family policy is to emphasize the dominant role of the government, implement the double-headed strategy and promote the institutionalization of family policy. The specific measures of female family policy is to promote gender equality, provide employment security and share the family responsibilities.
