Nowadays,the competition not only occurs in the same industries,but also in different industries.The competition among the Internet industry is particularly fierce,which is not only resulted from limited resources and fields,but also from struggling talents,the core force of the competition in the new century.H company is the one providing technical services to various Internet enterprises.Due to the special nature of the industry,employees’ work and life are always the inevitable main melody.The two parties,on one hand,have the positive power to go hand in hand,on the other hand,have the negative drive of contradiction and conflict.This essay studies work and family conflict cases of young employees in H company,adopting the case analysis method,the imbalance between career and family such as entanglement to reflect the status of H company young employees work and family conflict,the reasonable use of the theory of conflict management,conflict management strategies,responsibilities,personal and organizational career management theory to analyze the causes of conflict in details,such as: The extreme pressure leads to the hospitalization of development engineer,the influence of employees’ personal families on their work,the difficulty in getting children into school,the dimission of employees or low work efficiency,and the entanglement between family and career in the combination of demand and supply,making the efforts not proportional to the harvest and other problems.Propose effective solutions and safeguards from strategic,organizational and cultural perspectives.This study was done basing on conflict management,work and family conflict theory,the theory of balance work and family and personal and puts forward countermeasures on the basis of organizational fit theory,to solve the existence of work-family conflict issues of young employees,enhance the ability to deal with conflicts among departments and enterprises,to provide the reference solution of such conflict issues to similar industries.
