Social interaction is a unique behavior to human beings. There are many regimes to constraints and regulate people’s behavior in the social interaction, and morality is one of them. Moral is a kind of psychological force. There is a rule to make it sprouting, growing up and developing. And it plays an important part in the history of human. In nowadays, the power of moral shows out new features because of many reasons, such as the developing of science and technology, the enhancement of the law and people’s legal awareness, the new environment of technology of network, urbanization, economic restructuring. There are many problems need to be notice and solved. Just like teenagers loss their morality in the network environment, the lack of morality in process of urbanization, businesses and economies in transition officials. In order to improve the moral communication status and raise their moral standards, we have to work hard to improve two aspects which are ideological raising awareness and completing system. Civilization and progress of moral will become the basic trend of the new character of spirit by all citizens, with the optimization and combination and strengthen of family, schools, government, social aspects.
