A Study On The Administrative Values ​​of College Students

The central committee of CCP began to implement the policy of College-graduate village official since 2008, which aimed to integrate the advantaged intelligence group into village committee and promote rural development. However, a large part of College-graduate village officials can not effectively fit their work in grass-roots in practice, even make illegal activities. To solve these problems, it must be introduced a principle which is administrative value to guide the College-graduate village officials, The research of the orientation of administrative value has achieved fruitful results both abroad and domestic at present. But there are no scholars discuss College-graduate village official’s administrative value. Strengthen the research of College-graduate village official’s administrative value is not only an academic innovation but also has more profound and realistic significance, such an assist College-graduate village officials to carry out their work effectively and promote the new rural construction and so on.There are four main parts in this study. The first part induct the background and significance of College-graduate village official’s administrative value and conclude overseas and domestic research status and define relative concepts. In the second part, this study issue the main contents of College-graduate village official’s administrative value which are core administrative value of College-graduate village officials and necessary administrative value based on the research results of Chinese and overseas scholars. The third part of this study analysis the status and problems of College-graduate village official’s administrative value through field research and analyze the influence factors of College-graduate village official’s administrative value. The last part put forward three basic ideas to perfect College-graduate village official’s administrative value on the issues above:Firstly, our government should accelerate the establishment of relative laws and cultivate administrative culture and reinforcement ideological and political education as government plays essential role in College-graduate village official’s administrative value. Secondly, colleges and countries plus media must establish pre-culture pattern and offer platform to graduates and construct appropriate atmosphere since colleges and countries and so forth are all play an important role in perfecting the College-graduate village official’s administrative value. At last, College-graduate village officials should exert their subjective so as to improve the quality of themselves and clear their role and practice administrative value consciously.
