In fact, contract is a kind of process that the rules of integrity are used in our daily life. There are three main contents about contract. First, it’s sure about the responsibility. Secondly, it shows who has the right of attribution. Third, it tells us what are obligations. Actually, servants are the delegate of government. In a sense, they are also the executor who make the contract effect that between the government and the public. Whether the the servant can keep the law, be honest and think about the customs to find the balance which relates to people’s interests and the government’s image.What’s more, it also relates to how to build the society with rule of law or the civil society and make it come true. The power is limited by the rule of law as time goes on. The society need the servant to be better. Integrity plays an important role in deciding who can become a qualified servant. It is meaningful in theory and practice that how to use integrity to make sure the servant can administrate according to law and how to use the government of good faith to drive social honesty. This paper clarify the relationship between the integrity of servants and social reality. It also clarify the idea how to start to set up the integrity of servant.
