Research On The Register Of Real Estate In China

The realty register is the core of the real estate registration system. The rule of how to set it is the standard to measure whether the real estate registration system is scientific, reasonable, efficient and feasible or not, and it is also the prerequisite of the implementing of our country’s property law. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the legal nature of the real property register and how to design the real property register under the Property law. This article is divided into five parts. The first part, explains the significance of this research; The second part, expounds the theory of property law in the legal nature of the real property register; The third part, discusses the function of the real property register and legal effect; On this basis, the fourth part is the core part of this article, Compared with the advanced international practice, put forward our country real estate register set rules, including setup of our country real estate register contents, compilation, form opinions and Suggestions; The fifth part is conclusion. I hope this paper can make contribution to the study of our country’s real estate register.
