At present, the real estate registration is the State Council in the form of regulations, the provisions of the principle of a few, only referred to "strict management, stable and continuous, the convenience of the masses". The real estate registration ordinance is not the guiding principle, the real estate registration work principle, the principle of dealing with all affairs, is the call of policy. The principle should play a guiding role in the principle of a unique legal field, has the universal guiding significance. All the time, China real estate registration involves many departments, many did not form a unified act of one’s own free will, management department, real estate registration in the housing sector, land registration in the land management, forest in forestry management and so on, even in some rural land, houses, trees and other real estate are not registered. The implementation of a unified real estate registration to now, is bound to face many problems, therefore, the establishment of real estate registration principle, contribute to the scientific and reasonable registration, to ensure the authenticity, accuracy, integrity of data.The author thinks, our country real estate registration law should have the legal principle, application principle, the principle of territorial jurisdiction, the principle of consent, the first registration of legal principle, language principle, consistent with the principles of real estate registration. Real estate registration law only clear these principles, and to implement the provisions of the law, real estate registration method to maximize the real estate register the authenticity, accuracy and integrity.
