The judiciary police of People’s Court is a very important power that can safeguard the trial work. The normalization、specialization and professionalism of the judiciary police in People’s Court is a require to construct a high-quality specialized legal team,which is put forward on the The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.However,there are many problems and difficulties to promote the work of judiciary police force in People’s Court according to the historic and Realistic factors,and few people would like to research this topic in the academic circle.This thesis will try to analyze the problems and obstacles of the process of enhancing the work of Judiciary police force,and ponder some solutions to solve these problems.The thesis includes six sections.The first part distinguishes the meanings and functions of judiciary police in different countries,and briefly introduces the process of judiciary police’s growth and development in our nation.Though the new requirements have been raised on The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,it is a precious chance for this career,which is not so attractive in the academic cirle.The second part discusses some problems of promoting the work of judiciary police force.For examples,the legal basis of work function is not complete,the personnel structure is not reasonable, the management system is not smooth,the training work is weak, the professional access mechanism and security system are not strong enough. Meanwhile,the ideology needs to be more valued,and we also need to pay more attention to the theoretical study.The third part demonstrates the necessity and feasibility to realize the normalization、specialization and professionalism of judiciary police focce. The judiciary police is an irreplaceable part of the people’s police that owns general properties of police.In addition,this force has its own professional characteristic,feature and function.In conclusion,the strong inner and external advantages support the reform process of judiciary police.The fourth part thinks about the path of advancing the work of judiciary police.In order to settle all the facing problems,we need the cautious argumentation on the legislation,justice, administration,and the top design cannot be ignored. What’s more,the police department needs to constantly explore and summarize from the practice.The fifth part is mainly about legislation suggestion.To realize the normalization、 specialization and professionalism of judiciary police focce,the legal idea and legal method are irreplaceable,which can deepen our reform.The core is to settle the problems of judiciary police’s responsibility and authority on the legal level.Therefore,I suggest to amend People’s Court Act and People’s Police Law,and make judiciary police’s law.The sixth part is epilogue.I would like to appeal the people of all the social circles to value and support the work of judiciary police.
