A Study On The Legal Causes And Countermeasures Of Small Property Housing

Small property is a complex product in the urban and rural land issue since the reforming and opening of China. The “CPC Central Committee decision on deepening reform of the overall number of major issues” put forward to reform and improve the rural homestead system, protect farmers homestead Usufructuary Right, carefully and steadily push forward mortgage of the farmers property rights, guarantee, transfer through pilot location, explore the channels of increasing farmers’ property income. Which the formulation of carefully and steadily pushing forward the transfer of farmers’ property, has aroused great concern from all walks of life to pro blem of the small property "Regularized". This thesis consolidate the concept of inductive sma ll property, characteristics and classification. Currently, the issue of small property appear to be wide controversy and large quantities which summed up from a legal perspective. By analyzing the causes of small property, proposed that the improving of legislation in land and housing management, regulating rural housing transaction which can solve the problem of small property in legal countermeasures.
