On November 29, 2012, Xi Jinping, the first time explicitly states that "to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation" is the Chinese dream. In March2013, at the 12 thmeeting of the National People’s Congress, Xi Jinping further articulate the connotation and follow on Chinese dream, pointing out that China eventually dream attributed to the dream of the people. Then, the minister of the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the CPC Liu Qibao attended NPC and CPPCC news propaganda meeting and emphasized: the education of Chinese dream should be deeply, to mobilize people across the country struggle to realize the Chinese dream.
