A Study On The Relationship Between The Basic Psychology Of Recruiting Recruits And The Psychological Well - Being

On the basis of the basic Psychological need theory,the study investigates the relationship between the satisfaction of new military recruit’s basic psychological need and their Psychological well-being. Studies have shown that happiness and individual basic psychological need satisfaction degree can positively predict individual’s psychological health. From different angles, happiness can be divided into the psychological well-being and subjective well-being.For a long time,reseachers pay much attention on subjective well-being, but psychological well-being pay less.What’s more, for the new military recruit, nobody has pay any attention on yet.This study uses Psychological measurement method, and the research tool are basic psychological need questionnaire and psychological well-being questionnaire. The participants are total of 721,who are came from 2014 new military recruit of people’s liberation army. This study is on the basis of reviewing new military recruit basic psychological need and psychological well-being’s concept, research status, and measuring tools, then investigating the overall condition of new military recruit basic psychological need and their psychological well-being, at last analyzing the relationship between new military recruit’s basic psychological need and their psychological well-being. Draw the following results:On the study of basic psychological need of new military recruit:1. The basic psychological need of new military recruit is at medium to high levels, between them,the relationship need has the highest score;2. If the degree is higher, the basic psychological need of new military recruit will be higher too;3. New military recruit whether come from the countryside or not; whether is just one-child or not, whether have work experience or not; whether come from the single parent family or not; whether come from the developed areas or not;have not made a significant impact on their basic psychological need;On the study of new military recruit’s psychological well-being:1. The new military recruit’s psychological well-being is at upper level; personal growth dimension has the highest scores in six dimensions;2.If the degree is higher, the psychological well-being of new military recruit will be higher too;3. New military recruit whether come from the countryside or not;whether is just one-child or not;whether have work experience or not; whether come from the single parent family or not; whether come from the developed areas or not;have not made a significant impact on their basic psychological need;The research about the relationship between basic psychological need and psychological well-being of new military recruit :1. If new military recruit’s basic psychological need is in a high degree, then the degree of their psychological well-being will be higher too, especially reflected on controlling environment, positive relationship with others and self acceptance this three aspects.2. The basic psychological need of new military recruit can predict their state of psychological well-being. In the basic psychological need of three dimensions, do need has the most significant impact on psychological well-being.
