The nature of the military occupation decide that military will face all kinds of stimulation outside pressure whether in peacetime or in wartime. Stress is a process and it create, develop, and work in the interaction between people and the environment. In the process of stress people has been playing a proactive role. Referred to the structure of the military Psychological stress, domestic military research is mainly to study the external manifestations of psychological stress. The studies on the relationship between Psychological stress and correlative variables focused on the social support, coping style, and other variables. The results showed that psychological stress influences coping styles significantly.This study explored and confirmed the structure of military psychological stress with the methods of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. Then, regression analysis was used to study the influence of military psychological stress on correlative variables. At last, variance analysis was used to study the demographic effects on stress. The results showed: (l)The structure of military psychological stress comprises five factors. Five factors included military training, the military daily life, personal family problems, interpersonal problems and psychological forces of social conflicts. (2)The result of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the five-factor-model is perfect. (3) Stress influenced social support and coping style significantly. (4)Two demographic variables have significant effects on conscientiousness.
