Military Academy Graduate Psychological Management Studies

The management of military graduate students is one of the most important parts in the military college management. The military college graduates are the high level persons and elites, whose abilities may determine the levels of our military modernization construction to some extent. So, the military college graduates' management is one of the hotspots and difficulties in the present military management. In the resent years, many new policies and schemes of rule are brought forward by our military colleges. But all of them are putting emphasis particularly on the rules rather than the psychological management. Therefore, no expected results are abtained. The rule management can be compared with the "hard management" and the psychological management with the "soft management", both of which are indispensable to the military college management.In this paper, the psychological managements are analyzed and discussed for the management of military college graduate. At the beginning, the significance of psychological management is given for military college management. Secondly, with the survey questionnaires as well as the individual interviews, all the aspects of psychological characters of military college graduates are analyzed and concluded, including learning, scientific research, networks, etc. Based on the basic theory of psychologics and management, refering to the identical characters, the relative micro-measures of management are provided in the aspects of learning psychological management system, establishing the scientific research inspirement's mechanism and setting up networks behavior regulations. Lastly, regarding to the deficiencies of rule managements, the macro-management' ideas are studied for the cultivations of psychological management abilities, literate educations and the harmonistic managements of the military college graduates. All of these can help to realize the modernization, scientinism, humanity of military college managements and adapt to the needs of 21st century's new-military revolutions.
