And the investigation object is normal elderly people over the age of 60. And the research investigated the elderly a total of 260 people, and 233 people actually completed the survey, and the response rate was 89.6%. In all of the surveyed old man,106 old men is disability old man, and 89 people actually completed the survey, and the response rate was 84%.154 old men is normal old man, and 144 people actually completed the survey, and the response rate was 93.6%.The research adopts the ADL scale to evaluate the degree of self-care of the elderly, and the WHOQOL BREF-scale to measure the quality of life of the elderly. And the purpose is to analysis of the different degree of the quality of life of the elderly through comparative research. Finally combining the results of the study found that Qingdao medical combination of pension mode’s effect on the quality of life of the elderly. The results showed that the mode of endowment patterns combined with medical had no significant influence on the quality of life of the old people in the field of physical. And the quality of life of elderly people in nursing home combined with medical is higher than elderly people in normal nursing homes. And it mainly reflected on the quality of life of disable old man in the field of environment and the quality of life of common old man in the field of psychological, social relations, the environment is higher than the common nursing home.Through the study of the quality of life of elderly, we found that although the fixed point nursing home had no significant influence on the quality of life of elderly in the field of physical, it had significant influence on the overall quality of life of elderly in nursing homes than elderly people in common nursing homes. And the mainly influence reflected in disability old man’s quality of life in the field of environment and common old man’s quality of life in the field of psychological, social relations and the environment. So we consider that the mode of endowment patterns combined with medical is worth further development in the nursing home. |
