The first part mainly introduces what is a notary, the notary system exists so far and the reason is that it’s system value, as well as the nature of notarization in the end is the right of the state to prove the right or the right to prove social proof. The second part mainly introduces the current situation and the reform of the modern notary system in China, and analyzes some problems in our country. The third part mainly introduces the notary system, including France, the United States, Japan, and other countries or regions, through the understanding of the notary system in these countries, compared with China’s notary system and notary system, and the analysis of the possibility and basis for the reform of China’s notary public.
