Labor relations is an important social relations, labor relations and harmonious and stable relations of economic and social development, with the continuous deepening of economic and social reform, labor relations have undergone profound changes, the contradiction between employers and workers is characterized by complex, group, intense, and other characteristics of China’s social stability pose a serious threat. However, the current labor dispute processing mode in the new normal under the economic situation of labor disputes appear inadequate, low efficiency, is not conducive to the maintenance of their own legitimate rights and interests, but also is not conducive to the development of production, has become a potential threat to economic and social development. From the perspective of public governance theory,this paper analyzes the current situation of China’s labor dispute settlement mechanism, and analyzes the problems of labor dispute mediation organization, labor dispute arbitration institution, and the connection between Xishan and other areas in South of Jiangsu province. This paper analyzes the experience and problems of Xishan District in resolving labor disputes.
