Research On Civil Service Practice

The service of civil action is not the main content of the civil procedure, but it is an important procedural work,it is the completion of the proceedings, the realization of the substantive law of the channel. Civil service system is a basic litigation system in the civil procedure, served as the most common and most basic litigation in civil procedure. The article uses the method of case analysis, data analysis and other methods, the court served as the starting point, pointed out that the problems of civil service, such as service of the main force, the legal awareness of the service staff is not strong and the flow of various service methods, etc., also analyzed the reasons for these problems: such as the civil service system is not perfect, the court system is not perfect, civil law and so on. To solve these problems and causes, the paper puts forward the system of civil service system, the principle of civil service, the main body and the corresponding legal responsibility; the specific norms of the court’s civil service management, the service of the court, the relevant provisions of the civil service system, the civil service system of our country.
