Empirical Research On Civil Service

The civil service system is an important part of the civil procedure in our country.In recent years,with the enhancement of public legal awareness and the implementation of the registration system,many problems have emerged in the judicial practice of the civil service system,such as the unclear subject of service and the non-standard system of specific service,which not only affect the smooth progress of the whole litigation process,but also cause a lot of waste of judicial resources.Based on such judicial practice background,this paper adopts the method of empirical research to analyze the problems of service system by analyzing the research data of two basic courts in northeast and west China.Article from the perspective of legislation and practice of double as a breakthrough point,in view of China's civil service system is not sound,lack of specific provisions is not reasonable,supporting system,combined with "Internet +",big data and background of the age of information,and puts forward improving the civil service system,standardize the specific ways of service,to build a new era of service supporting system such as basic idea,to do good for the perfection of the judicial reform in China.
