In practice, the court, the postal institutions generally exist the phenomenon of rough service, easy to cause the parties to the validity of the questioning, restricting the effectiveness of the realization of service* In the context of the lack of confidence in today's honesty, the parties to take the concealment, lie, avoid and other acts of dishonesty is to become "difficult to serve" a major incentive. In practice,the "difficult to serve" phenomenon becomes more and more prominent, and constantly control the process of the case, "difficult to reach" the problem needs to be alleviated and resolved.
