A Report On The Information Disclosure Of Harbin Municipal Government

The government information disclosure is one of the important means to protect the citizen’s right to know, participate and supervise. It’s not only the way to get the government behavior, but also the important basis for the effective supervision of its’ behavior. In May 1,2008, China officially began to implement "the People’s Republic of China government information disclosure regulations", which aims to provide a platform for the public to know more government information, and in order to change the government into the service government. Under the guidance of the Ordinance, in recent years, the Harbin government to promote the development of government information disclosure system constantly. Especially in the past two years, the government information disclosure has been a great development, but we also need to recognize that there are still some problems in the practice of government information disclosure. Therefore, this paper mainly through the investigation of the information disclosure of the past two years, and the existing problems of the analysis and research, finally to improve the Harbin municipal government information disclosure recommendations.This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which describes the significance of the topic, the source and scope of the paper, and the structure. The second part describes the concept and theoretical basis of the government information disclosure. The third part of the paper is to investigate the actual situation of Harbin government information, and points out the existing problems. The fourth part puts forward the relevant experience and measures, mainly to strengthen public interaction, open channel of information and so on. Through analysis and demonstration, in order to speed up Harbin’s government information disclosure.Because of the limited level, I have not done a comprehensive study on the information disclosure and the problem of the Harbin municipal government, and I need to be further studied to improve the level of cognition.
