Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Government Information Disclosure In Lingbi County

Government information disclosure is defined as the disclosure of information generated in the process of performing relevant functions of the government to the society through specific channels,specified processes and forms.Publicity of government information is an important means to ensure the smooth establishment of a sunshine government,a service-oriented government,and a government ruled by law.On the one hand,it plays an important role in supervising and restricting the performance of government functions,and on the other hand,it plays an important role in enhancing people’s sense of trust in the government,stabilizing people’s hearts,and promoting social and economic development.At present,all kinds of social contradictions and problems in China are intertwined frequently,and the county and district level local governments are the frontline of economic and social management,and the executors and implementers of various policies at the higher level.How to balance the relationship between development and stability proposed in the new era has become the primary problem for grass-roots governments to consider.Although the publicity of government information in China started late,it has developed rapidly in recent years.Lingbi County,as one of the 100 pilot counties and districts for the publicity of government information nationwide,has made breakthrough progress and achievements in its work,but there are still many problems such as low participation of the masses,lack of depth and truthfulness in the work,which lead to the fact that the role of information publicity in the modernization of grass-roots governments is not obvious,various social conflicts occur frequently,and the number of letters and visits remains high,It is urgent to further find out the problems and improve the government service level and ability.The government information disclosure work of Lingbi County plays an extremely important role in improving the overall government service level and social governance process in the region.The transparency and service level of the government can only be improved continuously with the expansion of the public scope and the sharp increase of the amount of public information.Through interviews,access to domestic and foreign literature research materials,government policy documents and other materials,the article first expounds the meaning,basic characteristics Theoretical basis and significance,and then summarize,sort out and analyze the basic status quo,achievements and existing problems of information disclosure of Lingbi County Government,analyze and study the reasons for the problems encountered by Lingbi County Government in the process of information disclosure in the new period of development.Then,by drawing on the innovative measures of information disclosure of other county and district governments in China,and combining with the problems existing in the local actual information disclosure,we propose some specific solutions that can be implemented,including scientific,accurate and detailed directory division to facilitate the masses to access the information they need,and ensuring the staffing,location,and funding to prevent the rapid loss of information disclosure talents,High standard construction of government affairs open area to increase public participation and many other aspects.
