The national development and reform commission on November 16,2006 passed the acceptance of the first phase of construction engineering "golden shield" reflected our country’s national police initially build information network infrastructure, the information construction of police affairs construction began to enter a new stage. In the age of network information, police affairs also need to keep pace with The Times, strengthen information construction to promote the development of police affairs. At the same time, it is very important to security the information construction of police affairs construction by set up information system and improves the purchasing process.In our country, the lack of legal protection in government procurement system and the lack of buying and the unequal of consumers and the lack of policy coordination, these are all major problems. At the same time, purchasing cost distortion and delay delivery and public employee’s corruption also emerge.My paper research the government in the process of technology products to the enterprise purchase police might happen in the bidding process is not reasonable simplification, use of emergency budget, the default the bid-winning enterprises and repeat purchase, price competition, legitimacy and unreasonable feedback by interview and questionnaire survey method. At last, my Paper discusses perfect responses of purchase police technology products by improving legislation, improving procedure, improving supervision and improving responsibility. Through my article research, to promote China’s government to an enterprise to buy police technology product of modernization and the rule of law, to optimize the process of government procurement, provide strong logistical support for the work.
