Study On The Thinking Of Urban Waterlogging Management In Fengtai District Of Beijing

Urban waterlogging problems has become China’s new urban urban disease, and Fengtai District in 2012 suffered "7.21" torrential rains, while taking a series of flood control measures, but this year but appeared again urban waterlogging resulted in the serious situation of urban main road in circuit breaker. Therefore, this paper tries to find out the causes of urban waterlogging problems, and puts forward some applicable in Fengtai District Government of urban waterlogging countermeasures.This paper uses case analysis, literature research, analysis, to study the Fengtai District urban waterlogging, respectively, for construction and management. And through the study of foreign experience in dealing with the city waterlogging. This need to implement in the city to carry out green infrastructure and multifunctional rain flood facilities construction, change the gray of the underlying surface, allowing the rain to return to the natural water cycle. It should also strengthen the rainstorm forecasting and early warning, strengthen flood control and disaster reduction for public education, strengthen the cooperation between departments.
